Chef Roberto Valbuzzi
Born in Varese on July 1, 1989, Roberto Valbuzzi is “son of an artist” and chef of Crotto Valtellina, in Malnate. His grandparents run a big farm where Roberto has learned to appreciate the flavors of the traditional dishes of north Italy, developing a passion for cooking and fresh ingredients from our land.
Graduation at Hotel School and the work carried out in the catering sector and at prestigious restaurants, led him from a basic knowledge of the cooking to the need to constantly seek new tastes, recipes, and food processing.
The young Chef began to rise on the occasion of his participation in the Trade Fair of Varese. After this experience, Gambero Rosso Channel, Sky TV Channel entirely dedicated to the food world, proposed him to become one of the new faces of the channel.
