After culinary school and experience in prestigious restaurants, he chose to put his passion into leading Crotto Valtellina in Malnate, the historic family restaurant, which has now proudly reached its fiftieth anniversary. Here, together with his parents and his wife Eleonora, he weaves tradition and innovation, welcoming every guest with the same care he puts into each dish.
His television career, which began almost by chance at the Varese fair and then grew on Gambero Rosso Channel, has made him a familiar face on programs such as Cortesie per gli Ospiti and Uno Chef in Fattoria. But, as he loves to say, the real challenge is always in the dining room: where every opinion is honest and every plate tells his story.
A chef, a seeker of flavors, and a storyteller of his homeland, Valbuzzi continues to bring to life a cuisine that unites roots and future, tradition and vision.
